Hello I am a local investor I have never had great honor in meeting these guys from 702 Services they provided extremely good service on time what they promised they perform I turn over 65 properties a year I’ve had multiple multiple handyman guys that came out and gave me quotes have done jobs they were the only ones that actually showed up on time and perform the work that they promised with no problems and of course there’s always a little bit of a problem but it could be always fixed but I can definitely recommend them and I have recommended them to a few of my Partners and realtors thank you for your guises great business and keep it up.

After days of calling a variety of handyman services, I found 702 Services on Yelp and gave them a call. They came out the very next day, at exactly the time they said they would. They repaired a couple of outside doors that were difficult to open/close and installed weather stripping in about 30 minutes. The workers were professional and considerate, wearing masks and booties, and they cleaned up after they finished the job. I’d hire them again in a minute.

Jason is awesome. He’s trustworthy and kind. He is also Fairly priced. I was a victim of a realtor/unlicensed contractor scam & home needs everything redone. I’m a wee bit disabled & Jason got the paint to cover the spots where paint was literally peeling off & was a constant reminder of my mom’s passing due to a greedy realtor, or so I believe. ( Waiting for realtors board.). Jason also mounted my TV. He’s very very handy . An honest, fairly priced handyman is hard to find. My only hesitation in writing this review is I hope Jason won’t get too much work…. . As a homeowner who’s beyond DIY, a good handyman is mandatory. Jason is a good one and he’s a keeper.

I was faced with a nightmare repair when the ceiling of an unused bedroom closet collapsed due to an undetected leak from the AC unit in my attic. It required mold remediation, replacing the unit, drywall, baseboards, texture, painting, carpet, closet shelving and rods. Within a day of calling, Isaac showed up and spent well over an hour looking over the damage, making some calls and giving me a rough estimate of what needed to be done, the cost and the time frame the repairs would take. He also did everything possible to keep the costs down. Each day that work was being done…. Isaac or his partner would be here with their subcontractors to make sure the job was being done correctly and each day I would get a call or texts (with photos) to keep me updated while I was at work. The job was completed and everything looks amazing! I will definitely be using them again and would recommend their services to anyone who wants to hire a professional and honest contractor! Thank you to Isaac and to all your amazing subs!

These guys do not quit until the job is done! I moved into a house that was previously owned by someone who was VERY CREATIVE with plumbing and electrical wiring, some was not up to code! I hired these guys, they came out and gave me an estimate that was less than I thought it would be. They did experience some issues as the work progressed, and some additional funds were necessary, however they showed me everything and explained it all, and I was comfortable with the explanations. Some issues they encountered were very puzzling to them, and to me, and we agreed the previous owner was not a professional. In the end, the various jobs were done by different crew members who were all specialists in their fields. They had to return after a few days to fine tune some of the work, but the original payment was honored, and they did not finish until we were all satisfied.
Would I hire them again? Definitely, in fact, I already have. They were all very polite and made sure they did not leave a mess. This is my future handyman service, period!

I hired this company to paint the entire interior of my house. They patched holes and dents in my drywall, repaired baseboard damage, and then painted the walls, ceilings, baseboards and staircase. They are a full service company and took everything off my walls and shelves, moved furniture and covered everything for me so that I did not have to do any prep before they came to start the job. They put everything back when they were finished also. The owner Isaac is reliable, knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. They gave me a fair price for quality work. I was skeptical trying to find a handyman, and after leaving a few messages on a Sunday afternoon, these guys called me back 2 mins later. They apologized for the delay even, saying that their front office was closed for the weekend and he was currently on a job site. Andrew (I think?) was professional, efficient, and even gave me his cell to text (per my request). I was looking for a ceiling fan removal and install, and he quoted me a reasonable price and said he had a spot open the next day’s afternoon!
I confirmed and then later realized that I had a Dr appointment at the same time, so I text him again and he easily accommodated my scheduling error and scheduled me with his partner for the next morning. Meir showed up on time, and was very polite, quick and kind. I asked him if he knew a good plumber recommendation and he said “oh, we can do that. We do it all.” I proceeded to show him a slow draining sink that he was able to fix in minutes. I then pushed it and showed him a small garage door issue that needed repair, to see if he was able to do it another day. He checked it out and ran back to his car for more supplies and quickly screwed together and fixed the wonky panel. I was expecting to look for a plumber and a garage door repair company this week, and pay them each a few hundred to at least estimate what the repairs would cost. He got it all done in one visit (quickly!) and even told me his recommendations to get a few things from a hardware store, that I could easily do to help these fixes further in the future (caulking, some additional drain cleaner etc.). These guys were so good, it’s almost unbelievable.
Their service was so efficient, kind, quick and reasonably priced that I am amazed they fixed 3 issues in ONE visit with ONE company that I have been stressing about getting done for weeks. I have already thought of a few more repairs around my house that I would like to invite them back to fix. I highly recommend them!!
