I was faced with a nightmare repair when the ceiling of an unused bedroom closet collapsed due to an undetected leak from the AC unit in my attic. It required mold remediation, replacing the unit, drywall, baseboards, texture, painting, carpet, closet shelving and rods. Within a day of calling, Isaac showed up and spent well over an hour looking over the damage, making some calls and giving me a rough estimate of what needed to be done, the cost and the time frame the repairs would take. He also did everything possible to keep the costs down. Each day that work was being done…. Isaac or his partner would be here with their subcontractors to make sure the job was being done correctly and each day I would get a call or texts (with photos) to keep me updated while I was at work. The job was completed and everything looks amazing! I will definitely be using them again and would recommend their services to anyone who wants to hire a professional and honest contractor!
